I used to eat whatever was convenient and never paid attention to nutrition. But then I started noticing how my energy levels were constantly crashing, and I was getting sick more often. That's when I knew I had to start taking better care of myself and start exercising . My weekly regimen involves calisthenics workout  , which I organize using the Workout Planner Muscle Booster app. I also prioritize outdoor activities for added enjoyment and have recently developed a fascination with yoga.

When I lived on the West Coast of Canada 1980's healthy eating was everywhere and the first time I came across tofu. Also first vegetarian restaurants.

I was into Yoga practice since 1973 and 1979 started Taijiquan and still practice both nowadays. Started weight training 1984 and looked at what I ate.

Bringing up two kids we wanted them to eat healthy.
