tonybil
May I ask for your opinion on a question I am interested in? What factors should I consider when choosing an e-cigarette liquid? I am new to this and have noticed that there is a huge variety of liquids with different flavors, nicotine levels and formulations
melissared
When choosing an e-cigarette liquid, it's important to consider a few key factors. The first is the nicotine level. If you're just starting out, it's best to start with low nicotine liquids and gradually increase it if necessary. Regular liquids usually range from 0 to 18 mg of nicotine, while saline liquids can go up to 50 mg, but are less throat irritating. Second, pay attention to the ratio of propylene glycol (PG) to vegetable glycerin (VG). High PG liquids (like 70/30) provide a stronger throat hit and better flavor delivery, but can be drying to the throat. High VG liquids (e.g. 30/70) produce more vapor and have a milder flavor, but may require more powerful devices. Third, flavor selection is a personal preference. I recommend starting with neutral or fruity flavors, as these are generally liked by most people. If you are looking for quality liquids and devices, I can recommend the online store https://www.salt-switch.com. There you'll find a wide range of products, including both regular and saline liquids, which will help you find the perfect option.
rinata77
As for choosing e-cigarette liquid, I agree that it's important to consider nicotine levels, PG/VG ratios, and flavors. Starting with a low nicotine level is good advice as it will help you adapt. The PG/VG ratio does affect the vaping experience, and I would recommend trying different options to see what you like best. Personally, I like high VG liquids better as I prefer a milder flavor and thicker vapor. Flavors are a separate story altogether. Try different ones to find your favorite. It's important to experiment and not be afraid to try new things
JeremyS
It doesn’t seem too complicated. Vape juices don’t have that many characteristics and nuances that make choosing hard. I usually go by flavor, brand, nicotine content, and the type and ratio of PG/VG. All this info is usually on the packaging. Products from Uwell are my choice right now. Uwell offers a range of pod systems and vapes with different specs, so it’s good to read up on each one to find the right juice that’s fully compatible.
