Dry Fire Question

Hi everyone,

I’ve been researching various training techniques and wanted to get some advice on dry fire practice. For those who incorporate dry fire into their routine, how do you find it impacts your overall shooting performance?

I’ve heard it’s great for improving muscle memory and trigger control, but I’m curious about your personal experiences. Also, are there specific drills or tools you recommend to maximize the effectiveness of dry fire sessions? Looking forward to hearing your insights and tips!

Thanks in advance!
