Yummy Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies *Pics*

These are the best Chocolate Chip Cookies I've ever had. Enjoy!



1 cup unbleached flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup vegan sugar

1/4 cup canola oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 cup water

1/2 bag of chocolate chips (I use Tropical Source 100% dairy free semi sweet chocolate chips)



Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients and spoon onto cookie sheets

Bake for 9 minutes


If the cookies seem a bit too soft, let them cool on the cookies sheet for a minute or two and then transfer to cooling rack.


The cookies need to cool completely before eating, usually about 45 minutes. For some reason they do not taste good until they are cool.


If you want to make chocolate, chocolate chip, add a couple spoonfuls of unsweetened cocoa to the batter and mix well.
