Silk soy-yogurt

Hey-

Well the first brand of soy imitation-yogurt was awful, but thankfully the Silk tastes good and has the proper consistency, especially with wheat germ and dried cranberries. It might be kind of hard to find, luckily there is a whole-foods-type vegetarian and organic grocery store here in New Haven.

Just thought I'd share this discovery....

lol

Years ago I tried a soy yoghurt & it was awful! But then, years ago soy milk was pretty bad, too. So just this week I tried the Silk yoghurt. I got the blueberry & the raspberry. They were good. Next time I will try the vanilla & the plain.

What was the other brand you tried? Just so I don't get it.

Another brand to try is Whole Soy, they sell them at the Stop and Shop by me in Stratford, and they used to sell them in NH as well. They aren't as creamy as Silk at first, but once you mix them up they are very tasty. Im really into the lemon, rasberry, and blueberry.
