How can I navigate the game easily?

Recommended Posts

My biggest issue with mobile gaming is just keeping track of everything. I have games from the Play Store, some side-loaded betas, and a few cloud gaming shortcuts. My home screen is a complete mess of different folders. Is there a way to bring all of these under one roof effectively? I’m looking for something that discusses the concept of a 'unified library' on mobile and how it changes the way we interact with our collections. Does anyone know a good article that explains why a centralized hub is better than just using folders?

Organization is exactly where a strong hub shines. It acts as a single point of truth for your entire library, regardless of where the games came from. There’s a perfect breakdown of this 'centralization' philosophy here: https://gorillaoverview.com/why-a-strong-game-hub-feels-different-on-mobile/ . The article explains why a hub feels different because it offers metadata, play-time tracking, and custom sorting that you just can't get with standard OS folders. It’s about turning a random list of apps into a curated collection that’s actually easy to navigate and manage.

The play-time tracking is a game changer for me. I love seeing how many hours I’ve actually put into a title, similar to how Steam does it. When you just have icons scattered across your screens, you forget half the games you’ve even downloaded. A hub brings that 'library' feel back to the mobile experience. Plus, having the screenshots and screen recordings tied to the specific game entry in the hub makes it so much easier to share clips later. It’s all about having a tidy workspace so you can get to the fun faster.
