AlexSA Posted August 1, 2006 Share Posted August 1, 2006 Hi Everybody,I am from Chicago area but originally from Europe, I am MALE, 34 years old.I am vegan for about 2 month now and I am loving it. I work out for about 1.5 years now. But only recently I was able to start running as well. I am 5'8" and 160 lb. My biggest concern right now is my body fat.... I've probably lost a lot of it but those last pounds are ever so stubborn... I want to see my six-pack!! So yeah it's me and nice to meet you all! P.S.
