It was about 95'F today (about 35'C), so we hit the beach, of course, and now are back and Kristy's making vegan mac and cheese. He beats me in most, but I Crush him in one area You guessed it.....it was an epic forearm battle at the Airport but it turned out to not even be close. Man who walks through Day cannot keep up.....then again, he beats me in EVERY other area except calves. So the small parts on limbs I've got him beat I'm still recovering from a cold (which sucks big time!) so I didn't really even train at the gym today, just watched Daywalker, Crystal, VeganPotter pump it out....but I still joined in for a posedown and poseoff! That is my excuse I know Daywalker's bigger (everywhere but calves and forearms) but just for the record, I'm still recovering and taking things very easy.
