VeganGirl2006
I just came up with this recipe and it's fabulous! Ingredients:-1/2 cup self rising flour-1/4 cup sugar-1 teaspoon baking powder-1/4 cup vegan margarine-1/4 cup soy milk-cinnamon Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and margarine together in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Add the soy milk and mix with a fork until the mixture has a doughy texture. If it is too doughy, add a touch more flour. Divide the dough into two parts. Roll both into balls and then flatten them between your palms to about a half an inch thick. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the scones. Bake at 400 degrees for 13 minutes. These scones come out wonderfully! They have a lot of margarine in the mix so you probably will not even have to add any to the finished product!
