Aaron
I'm looking at flights to rome for xmas break and I've found some cheap ones but there's a 12 hour layover in philly. I didn't by the tix yet but I'm wondering if I do what I should do with my time. Where should I eat etc... Is it cheap to get from the airport to the food? I can entertain myself well enough probablyjust wandering around but it'd be nice ot have an idea as to where I'll be able to eat. -Aaron

nicole
The airport is pretty far from "the city," but there is good public transportation to get there. Govinda's is an amaaazing vegan Hare Krishna place that serves chicken cheesesteaks and great desserts (Vegan Treats). There are also a ton of awesome veggie chinese places (some also with great desserts - Lotus Cake Studio). I could seriously go on all day about the vegan options in Philadelphia! Let me know when you'll be around and maybe I'll give you the tour!
