Here's some background as to what I've been up to

 

305lbs Bench press

 

Bodywieght reps in one hour:

 

Dips 800

Chins 420

Press ups 2015

Squats 540

calf raises 4000

One Handed push ups 700

 

 

I've taken about a month off from my workout routine and I'm having fun doing the stuff I wanted to do but didn't have the time to because I was doing my workout routine....I've decided I'm gonna build up to the 90 day fitness challenge..I'm also giving myself the time to think about my approach and how I'm gonna get my new goals achieved.

 

So far I've achieved THE FLAG. (see below)

Next is the free standing handstand push up!

 

It feels good for me to be able to chill and have fun with my workouts/exercises....I think it's important for me to do this so I don't get burnt out being too serious!

The weather is bad and it's raining heavy, so I decided to stay indoors and do some indoor training...I wanted to see how far I could push myself....I ended up doing 2015 push ups in one hour...it was real tough by about 1700 and I really wanted to stop...but I had to start as I meant to carry on...

Ok y'all

 

1st Oct....THE 90 DAY BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE BEGINS

 

The time is approaching for me to start getting ready for my second 90 Day Boot Camp over on my forum....

 

Basically ....this is for anyone that needs a total body overhaul and wants to take steps to get in shape and get started making moves towards living a healthier Raw lifestyle of their choosing/dreams....

 

I'm gonna be using it to get back in shape and back on track....I've got a whole bunch a work ta do....

You get out of this ...what you put in!

 

On a mental, physical and spiritual level this is all about re-inventing yourself and creating a new and natural you at the end of the 90 days!

Doing weights for the first time in ages!!!...it was fun but nothing special....

 

10 reps at 225lbs

I was going to go for 300lbs but I couldn't be bothered so I think that tells me something!!!

Wow...wow....wow...

 

Got my butt kicked....but you know what I was fighting all the way!!!....and it was a solid workout....went better than I thought though.....I messed up a little on the order of things so I'll juggle it around again....tried out the ham raises but I didn't do good because I couldn't find a good place to hold my legs so I did reverse hypers instead and did good.....the ab wheel roll outs worked good....the one leg squats worked out real good i held on to a post and did them and quickly got the form down basically it's gonna be a real hard month until I can build myself back up to par....but I gotta start somewhere!

Did better today.....felt stronger and even though I was still sore from yesterday I felt good....

 

Got a couple of PB's too which I'm happy about....

 

To be honest I'm doing outstanding considering that I'm still getting used to this routine....

Feeling better but I want to improve my numbers on a few exercises but that will come...my one arm chin has gone completey and I'm gonna start from scratch with that...

Well part of my 90 day Challenge goals are to teach myself one leg squats so here's a couple of vids showing where I'm at...

 

I wasn't going for numbers just proving I can do one...I've got a lot more work to do yet!

Good honest workout today.... :Clap: I felt it a lttle after being so brutal yesterday but I didn't put any presure on myself and just got on with doing the best I could at that moment!

Well the good news is I'm getting on top of this routine....the bad news is I'm already reaching comfort zones....changing exercises doesn't work for me and the only thing is to push myself harder mentaly!!!!

Well the weather is getting colder and things are slowing down a little but I gotta keep on pushing!....did real good today...nothing fancy just a good solid workout!....I'm thinking of either adding cobras or trading them with ham raises....

Well I went out in the cold tonight and put in some good work....as for my performance I did good I smashed Dax's pistol attempt just like I said I would!!!....I'm really working on upping the workload...if I don't up the workload I don't grow!
