Good solid workout tonight...felt good but I kinda let myself down a little by staying in my comfort zone...I've really gotta work harder at breaking this and pushing past my limits if I wanna progress uh:


Push ups 103, 1o8, 100 reps

OL Calf Raises 323/329, 331/330, 304/320 reps

Chin-ups 20, 20, 20 reps

Pistols 20/20, 21/20, 20/20 reps

Handstand Press 13, 11, 10 reps

Cobras 33, 30, 24 reps

Ab Roll Outs 20, 20, 17 reps

Dips 40, 40, 30 reps




OL Calf Raises 331

Well tonight I put in a good solid effort....I can really see good progress here....


Dips 50, 60, 60 reps

Calf Raises 1000, 1000, 1000 reps

Chin-ups 22, 20, 20 reps

Squats 100, 100, 100 reps

Handstand Press 15, 15, 15 reps

Glute Ham Raises 20, 20, 20 reps

Messing around in my back yard....I ended up doing exercises I couldn't do before....Yes!!!!

Tonight I was a LEGEND!!!!I stepped it up big time!!!...infact I've been so content to sit in my comfort zone and I hadn't realised this until now!


I added new exercises that I once thought out of reach....




Dips 50, 69, 70 reps

Ankle Hops 1000, 1000, 1000 reps

Switch Grip Pull-ups 14, 10, 13 reps

Jump Squats 40, 40, 40 reps

Handstand Press 17, 16, 15 reps

Glute Ham Raises 20, 35, 30 reps

Ab Roll Outs 20, 20, 20 reps

Cobras 50, 50, 50 reps

Here's some photo updates...the photo's don't show it but my shape has changed a bit...I'm much thicker in the torso (lower back and abs) and my arms are slightly thicker....I'm actually more functional looking.


I credit this to my new full body routine....the old one was too focused on the upper body. Also since getting rid of push ups and doing more dips my strength has increased to the point where my handstand push ups have gone through the roof!!!!


Apart from that as you can see there's not much difference from the last ones....but thats where the victory is because I've actually got myself back in shape and now I'm looking to surpass the old pics!













The changes are pretty cool because I've actually "gained" 5lbs!!!


I'm really not into the whole gaining weight/bulking up thing anymore but to know that it's all lean and raw muscle...does ma heart good!

Tonight was a superb workout...I really pushed past my limits and felt the benefits almost immediatly....I added some new exercises and I know the numbers will rise!...Oh and who ever said side bends were useless needs to think again!


Reverse Crunch, 100, 131, 214

Windshield Wipers, 18, 20, 18

Russian Twists, 40, 66, 80

Side Bends, 120/130, 200/200, 200/200
