He was touring then with Jeff Juliano aka Jagannatha Das aka Ronald Mcdonald. Jeff was one of the original Ronald McDonald t.v. commercial clowns. Too bad airfare is over $600 that weekend! On November 18th, Portland will host the 1st Annual Vegan Holiday Festival.The Festival will take place at Lincoln High School, 1600 SW Salmon Street,from 11AM to 6PM in downtown Portland. The Vegan Holiday Festival will feature world renowned speakers, cookingdemonstrations, and a wide variety of exhibitors of animal-friendly products andservices including crafts, gifts, and food. Admission is $5 at the door. Speakers and presenters include “Mad Cowboy” Howard Lyman, a 4th generationcattle farmer turned vegan activist; Author and Vegan Chef Beverly Lynn Bennett;Author and Professional Triathlete Brendan Brazier; Culinary Expert Chef AlChase; Raw Food Chef Ani Phyo; Animal Rights Advocate and member ofIn Defense of Animals Matt Rossell; and Award-winning Author Bo Rinaldi and theChefs from Blossoming Lotus Café here in Portland.
