I wasn't going for numbers just proving I can do one...I've got a lot more work to do yet! I am doing pistols for some weeks now.The hardest thing is to keep you foot, knee and hip in one line and maintaining the balance (balance is easier to maintain when your knees are relatively close to eachother). Try to keep the heels on the ground when you start with pistols. Look ahead. Do the whole motion so slowly that you could stop in every position. Have fun!
