Good progress i'd say. Did you get much stronger?

 

I also love the comments on the pics

 

And David, the back poses are really shitty (the posing, not the back!) You need to find someone who can give you advice on how to do those, or just take relaxed pictures until you're really huge

Great photos man!

 

I wish we had more "before" photos from the very beginning and I apologize for not taking any when we first started training. I think there are some beach ones from Vegan Vacation on my computer we can use.

 

Progress is great man! For everyone else, davidtarrfoster is getting a lot stronger, has veins out in workouts and is developing a wide back-attack!

 

Daywalker, I think you are obsessed with back posing I often see lots of comments about back. davidtarrfoster has quite a bit of back development. Posing is a hard art to master....as you know

 

We'll get more progress photos as well.

 

davidtarrfoster has an awesome work ethic, trains hard and is consistent with training and nutrition. So he'll get that "huge" back pose soon.

 

Keep on rocking Dave man, see you in the gymnasium.

you look great dave...are you eating more Dulce??? Now I may not be beating you up all the time when I move to Portland...by then I'll hopefully be smaller than you are...not because I'll be teeny but because your bigger

"Oh for crying out loud David, put some damn clothes on! Your prancing around like a damn fool."

 

Nice pictures David! I think your shoulders are looking particularly bigger. Make sure to post even more in another month or two so we can keep seeing your gains .

Thanks for the good words.

 

Crystal--that is exactly what John Foster would say. Your John Foster skills (albeit in written form) are getting better every day.

 

Daywalker--I knew Robert lifted wrong but I didn't know he also posed wrong . I ready your post on all the different techniques to working out. It's all a bit overwhelming. I mainly just want to be better at soccer--more explosive, expecially with the legs. Any suggestions on a program for that, at least for the leg muscles?

 

Potter--you're still insane.

Oh my god! Crystal, this is GREAT! Even the "prancing" and the "fool"....you are good....you are very good!

 

You are getting better all the time with the JWF sayings. I need to hear the voice too, so I'll get in touch.

 

 

Dave----about your comments about my lifting and posing....you better not be home when I get there, or I'll break you!

You've gotta start doing cleans for explosiveness...not the daywalker kind though...the kind of cleans where you use your leg muscles and pretty much only use your upper body to hold the weight...also don't let Robert teach you how to do them...it'll probably be like his squats
