Bloom
How many meals would you recommend one has per day?
_raVen_
Mine varies. I don't think there is a recommendation, per se; but, for example, I don't think stuffing oneself twice a day is good, but if two meals a day suits you, that's fine, if that makes sense. I go anywhere from 2 to 5 meals a day, and once-in-a-rare-while a snack or two. It just depends on how I feel; my true hunger oscillates. I think, on average, I like 3 to 4 meals a day. Paul Messplay
I'm doing about five meals a day. Two coming from protein drinks and the other three coming from whole food meals. I used to just eat three big meals a day and started putting on weight, cutting back to five smaller meals has been very beneficial so far! Odidnetne
I munch all day, so I probably feed about 8 - 10 times a day.
FormicaLinoleum
I'm not sure... it depends what you consider a meal. On most days I have 3 meals and 2 decent-sized snacks, or this could be considered 5 meals. Now and then I'll eat only 2 meals, if I get up late on a weekend and have a big, late breakfast that fills me up until dinner.
Guest
I have what I would call large snacks 4-5 times a day...maybe one actual meal...but I also fill the gaps in the day with bananas, apples and peaches...other than when I'm on my bike I rarely go more than 1.5 hrs without eating something
