What About Joints That "Pop" During Lifts??

Dear Forum Members,


Another question.....


My elbows and knees make "popping" sounds during my reps in lifting or doing squats or whatever. The joints do not hurt in any way.


Someone suggested it was probably calcium buildup.


Do any of you experience this phenomenon? Shall I worry about it? Is it just one of those things?
