I thought it was okay, but nothing special. For me, the pasta was to small and dense. Though they also sell packages of the powder so you can make your own 'chreese' to use on any pasta (or veggies) you want. Seems to me like a bit more nutritional yeast, and/or turmeric or something would make it taste a little better (but I haven't had any for a couple of years).

I actually can't stand it...it tastes like mustardaroni to me but I gave them to a non veggie since I bought too many and he actually liked it...haven't had it for years though so maybe I should give it another go...its a love or hate thing I guess
