Kraft Foods Inc owns Back to Nature brand cereal and granola and Boca Burger

Thanks for this. So all of these must be boycotted if I understand correct?

Kalani I'm with you i'm not sure who deserves a boycott.

WELL...

I ain't got no clue, peeps.

I tend to think that the companies owned by Heinz are okay because they are owned by John Kerry's wife. But then again, that doesn't mean anything. I would say that that doesn't mean anything at all. But the Arrowhead Mills fucks me up. I can't bake with Organic Flower without them.

I mean. Is there any one of us who doesn't eat one of those products made by Solae every day? And DuPont makes some of the worst chemicals and genetically altered seed stocks in the world. They are regular competitors/partners with Monsanto (Satan's Private Corporation).

SO folks, here's what I say. This is why more and more nutritionists are saying don't eat the processed soy junk. Eat Organic Tofu, Tempeh, and Seitan, Organic Soymilk and Organic Soy Yogurt. And only buy samller company's products. Some good companies to start with are Wildwood Natural Foods, Pulmuone, and Soga - http://www.pmo.com/ , Amy's Kitchen - http://www.amyskitchen.com/

I'll send more when I find them. Everyone else post what they know, too. Try to only post independent and co-op companies. Nothing owns by multi-nationals.

This topic is a major problem for vegans and for people who want to buy from ethical companies and stop supporting multi-nationals.

well if any of you are able to have an organic store in your area this can help because big supermarkets tend to carry stuff from the big cooperations. I have 2 near me which it is a bit more expensive but there isnt any products that are processed.

I need some companies to buy from now. The list gets smaller and smaller and now I do not know who to trust.

Multinational corporations are ruining our countries & our planet. Look into your country's Consititution & see if corporate personhood exists. If so, do everything in your power to fight this scourge on humanity, on our planet, on our very existence.

Being anti-corporate personhood does not mean you are anti-buisness, like the powers that be like to portray. It simply means that corporations should serve humans, not the other way around. It means that corporations should not be able to influence government to serve their needs over the needs of the people. It means that corporations should not be allowed to implement business practices (via government influence that the common person does not have) that harm humans & human communities.

Disheartening indeed.........

well, if there is anything to give hope, it is the fact that these souless multi-nationals see these companies as being profitable which means there are more and more people shopping for non-meat products.

I know, not much, but proof that change is afoot. Even if bastardized by evil.

We have their attention......

The fact that large companies now manufacture, market, distribute, and retail these products is a major reason why they are so mainstream now, and why soy milk keeps taking a larger hold of cow's milk market, why nearly all of the large restaurant chains sell veggie burgers, etc.

20 years ago these products didn't exist in supermarkets or mainstream restaurants. There were only a few specialty products made by unknowns and sold in independent healthfood stores, and the average American had never even seen or heard or soy milk, veggie dogs, veggie burgers,

Agreed!! The market should be saparated from politics and vice versa. Tax money should not be used to help large corporations to grow bigger. This way the small business doesn't stand a chance.
