andgbr
Ok, i'm not a big fan of christianism ( i don't even consider myself christian ), but like almost everybody in USA, i celebrate Christmas. And i was looking for some christmas songs that had some AR or anything like that..? I'm not trying to find techno nor classic christmas songs, but something that had a relation with AR, or war, or anything like that, and something fun! Any suggestion? Odidnetne
Let it snow has something about corn for popping...I try to block out all Christmas music though. They have a radio where I work that plays it non-stop from Black Friday - December 26th, and so I try to avoid the mental stress of going insane listening to it. Michelle
They've been playing Christmas music where I work, too. Nonstop. Except not in the native format, it's like, day spa new-age instrumental relaxation music style christmas carols. No idea of the title, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was "Yanni Does the North Pole, volumes 1 through 6" or something similar. So, I'm listening to this stuff most of the day in a small dark room for an hour or more at a time, with no way to get away from it. Torturous! And i was looking for some christmas songs that had some AR or anything like that..? Not sure what would fit that description, really, without pulling a Weird Al on the lyrics and changing it up to suit your needs. (which is what I've been doing to entertain myself, in case you were wondering) War is pretty much the antithesis of the whole peace & love & christmas thing. AR may logically fit into that, but it's not really a focus. Best I can think of is "Rudoph the Red Nosed Reindeer" because he totally saves Santa and Christmas and all. Odidnetne
I GOT IT! The Grinch steals the Roast Beast! ....But then those blasted "Who's" get it at the end, and the Grinch cuts the Roast Boast himself...rotten conformists.... I don't think you're actually going to find much luck in linking AR to Christmas songs.
Crash
John Lennon - Happy X-Mas (War is over), The Friendly Beasts, and maybe The Little Drummer Boy. Here's a website that has the lyrics to Christmas songs, so you can chose the ones you like.
