barbell military press: 17x5x2, 22x5x2, 30,5x5x2 damn hard

deadlifts: 32x8x2 67x5x2 not too hard

pullups 3+2

stretching

 

during the deadlifting jehovas witnesses rang at my door, I wonder what they thought about my heavy breathing

took me over 2 minutes to ditch them

 

and don't forget: god will save the earth from the climate change!

You're getting there! Keep on moving forward with the weights and the eating and you'll make some good progress.
