chesty leroux
I actually just drove past one of those and considered stopping to check it out. I just checked and it's in PETA's top veg meals in Norfolk so it can't be too bad.
michaelhobson
Cool man! We've got two near us. I tooled around the menu, and you can in fact get tofu on just about everything. If you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on nutrition, you can get interactive nutrition information on everything. Interactive in that you can add and subtract all of the ingredients on the item to customize/veganize. We had fun watching the cholesterol drop to zero! The sodium though is out of this world, 100% RDA or 2,000+ miligrams on practically every burrito combination.
Zack
I used to eat there once in a while before I went raw. I enjoyed it, tasted good, and vegan.

CollegeB
I've read its southwestern, so their spices are not what is common to mexican food.
FormicaLinoleum
Kat and I stumbled into one when we were on vacation at the beach and did not have many vegan-friendly restaurants to choose from. We were really happy to discover the tofu. We've been a few times since (found one near where K used to work). It's pretty good if you are away from home and looking for somewhere quick and convenient to eat.
Odidnetne
There's a law that states that you can't serve anything vegan within 200 miles of Matamoras, so I'll have to check it out when I'm on a road trip or something.

The cuisine is fantastic and they export enormous quantities of avocados to the U.S. But, we've got the German thing covered too. michaelhobson
those beer brats are mighty tasty Yes they are. The italian ones are good too, sautee with green peppers and onions and pile it on a hoagie roll. Yum!
Michelle
We've got a Moe's near here too, we were just there the other night. It's nice to be able to eat a filling vegan meal in a mainstream restaurant, without having to order a collection of sides.

We have these here, and we'll likely try it at least once, but there are so many better options in Pittsburgh. The real prize will be when traveling. We've seen them around, but would never have thought to stop in.
