I'm hoping that someone would be able to help me out with a routine for toning my body. I'm hoping to see the muscles on my body and see the definition, but not bulk up too much. I plan to dedicate 5 days a week to going to the gym and will also run on my free time. I feel lost when I go to the gym, and if I had a routine, even if it's something to start with I would feel more confident.
