davidatler Posted August 25, 2005 Share Posted August 25, 2005 because of my schedule i'm forced to do my lifting and cardio back to back. i have been doing about 30-40 minutes of my weight training then 20-30 minutes of cardio after. but i was wondering if its better to do the cardio first or after? Do weights first then cardio and make sure if you do do them in the same day, do not exceed over an hour in the gym in total. After about 45 minutes, the muscles start to breakdown as well. They knew I was doing 45 minutes on bike at that time for cardio. I guess they were AMACHAZ!
