veganmadre
I spent a year living in a 100% hispanic household with my ex's Mexican mother. I'd say that I can make some pretty authentic dishes. This meal, wasn't nearly as authentic as I've done in the past but, cut me some slack because it was still wildly tasty. The beans that I simmered in a crockpot for 7 hours in broth with garlic, onions, cumin, chili powder and dried chipotle chilies turned out great! Michael - also known as burrito boy - said the beans were the best he ever tasted. If I could find a way to send it to you Glenn, I would. And, mexican is probably my favorite food, too. And, yes, broccoli is my ruler.

Guest
I've followed step by step directions and all I get is crap...oddly enough I've been pretty successful at everything else other than seitan and homade hard cheese(wow did that go bad...it was hard but it sure wasn't cheese)
Tigress
I've still not tried to make it. I don't even know if I am going to like the taste and it seems so complicated just to try.. I thought I'd wait until vacation and try some of the lovely stuff veganmadre makes
