Aye, for you guys it's more of a homecoming party than a going away party. Nice to know they will be in good hands.

FormicaLinoleum
Thanks everyone! Unfortunately, I was too busy to take pictures of the food. We made 2 doz cookies and cream, 2 doz gingerbread with cream cheese frosting, and 1 doz crimson velveteen with vanilla buttercream frosting. They were a huge hit! Food was from the Yabba Pot. We had marinated mushrooms, live kale salad, 'rasta' breaded cauliflower, and citrus 'spare ribs'. People also really enjoyed that food as well. The cauliflower was a big hit and the mushrooms really disappeared. I made sure to keep telling people "yup, it's all vegan!" as I heard them complimenting the food. We have tons of food left, which is awesome because it means we're all set and don't need to worry about cooking during our last week here. We also auctioned off tons of our stuff. I was gonna sell things for like $.10 each, but then a friend of ours took over, and started selling things for real amounts of money. People were quite generous with their bids. We got rid of a whole lot of our stuff.
robert
Have a great time! I'll miss you! You are one of the non-Oregonian forum members I've spent the most time with. You and Stray T are awesome! Have a great time over there, say hi to some of our UK friends for me and please stop by to say hi and give us updates! All the best, my friends! Happy travels and have safe and fun journey!

robert
I wish I could join them just to hang out with them They are both totally cool and I had the great opporunity to hang out with Formica and Stray on both the East Coast and West Coast this year and we had a good time, except for that stuck in traffic on the freeway on I-95 or something at midnight thing. But even that was kinda fun

That midnight traffic jam was kinda annoying, but it did give us the opportunity to hear some jokes and stories.
