Hey, Tasha, I was at the TASTE OF HEALTH 2006 which was AWESOME - two food demonstrations (one raw vegan and one cooked vegan)...this year, well, I am sorry but I won't be in time...I am planning on coming this year but in the winter time...still not sure, though. Everything is so much fun to put together, so easy and you can nibble as you prepare instead of waiting for food to cook. The very best to you and your vegan business!
