I figured I will start some kind of blog here. Hopefully people will check up on me to make sure I am actually working out and eating right.

 

This year started off really shitty and what not but things are finally starting to turn around and I am going to try and keep them that way.

 

My goals are pretty simple... I really want to lose the gut that I still have left and tone out my arms.

 

Here we go...

Well I have started to eat better.

 

The working out is starting tomorrow... As long as I can get some good sleep I am going on a bike ride and will hopefully start daily bikerides and morning pushups/situps since I don't have a gym membership / consistent workout partner
