The VEGAN hat?

I have a bunch of them in various sizes and colors but I've never put them online, only sold them at shows and events. I'll make more and have them available online.

I hope "Robert is back" I like being back in action, making it happen!

When I make it out to Portland I'll cook for you to make sure you stay consistent with your eating too.

I can't say for sure that "I'm back" but it sure feels that way, for the following reasons:

1. I've been at the gym 5 of the last 6 days.

2. I never hurry my workouts and in total I'm at the gym 2-3 hours a day (includes steam room, sauna, hot tub time).

3. I'm eating protein bars everyday

4. I'm making big heavy smoothies everyday

5. I'm getting irritated if I have to wait in line at a grocery store post workout when I'm hungry (reminds me of my bodybuilding days in AZ)

6. I'm enjoying my time in the gym and I'm looking forward to workouts

7. I miss the gym when I'm not there

8. I'm getting more confidence back, which has carried over to many aspects of my life recently.

9. I'm trying to live the words I say to so many people in my presentations including "Take Action and Make it Happen" and the concept of creating a vision and being consistent with your actions to accomplish whatever your vision is.

10. I like getting my SWOL on!

I am on the road back! I know I'm posting a lot of photos, but you've been asking for NEW ones, and now you've got them with a 190+ pound R.C.

192.5 pounds today:

What's up now 8-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman?

Yeah buddy! Back in Action!

Thanks guys.

I'm trying and I'm doing. I'm applying concentrated effort and I have a vision for what I'd like to accomplish and it helps me with my consistency which helps my adaptation and improvement.

I don't know if I'm at my "best' but just a couple of months ago I was a twig and now I can look "OK" standing next to Ronnie Coleman, so I can't complain about that too much.

I still have a long road ahead and have a lot to achieve before I feel satisfied but I am on the right track now and I think I'm on the right train too.

Yeah buddy!

I'm getting 'armed'

Aah, all the verbal abuse i tirelessly give you finally seems to have done the job

You're on the right track, or at least heading the right direction

Looking heavier and allround bigger - you're upper arms are almost as big as your forearms!

Keep it up - i want you to be heavier than me at the vegan vacation! (and i'm talking about 2008! )

Was 199 two weeks ago, but lost a couple again due to too much work, too little sleep and too little food. But i'm gradually edging up my base level

Hope to be comfortable over 200 by summer

(hope dies last...)

As long as I'm over 190 when I see you i'll be good.

You germans are hard to compete with.

Daywalker, I longed for the day you would notice some progress I'm making

I do feel like I'm on the right track and it does have something to do with your harassment and the encouragement from Zack, xveganjoshx, and DV. Of course it has a lot to do with my own personal visions, motivation and work ethic.

I don't make excuses anymore and I truly work to better myself. My life is hectic and I'm managing to make time for training, recovery and nutrition. Sleep is an area I can improve on in a major way.

I was 192.5 lately (with clothes on) so I'm in the high 180's but I was in the low 170's not too long ago.

My training style has changed and I'm having some nice results through my new tactics and approaches to building muscle and gaining strength.

Thanks for noticing I'm moving forward. I have a long road ahead, but then again...don't we all?

I'd love to see a bunch of us hovering above or around 200 this summer.

G.R.O.W.

I've been traveling all over the US, a new city every few days or every week, but I've been training and I've been touring as "A Vegan Bodybuilder" so I've made training and eating part of my job.

It's hard to say if I'm "Back" as a bodybuilder, but I've been more consistent that I thought I'd be able to be with my schedule and I may hop on stage in late 2009. We'll see, but for now I'm having fun

Daywalker's been focusing on stregth for a while now but has recently broken his ban on hypertrophy training

He has also started using supplements like protein powders etc. so there is a chance he's gonna get even bigger in the next time...

Also his goddam massive Pecs overpower anyone in direct comparison and his very small waist lets his shoulders look wider... that bastard!
