That is awesome! Who made that?

Right now. It looks just like a UFC battle

Sweet Dudes!

Suz made it - I have neither the time, nor the skills to do this kind of thing. We took the photo last night before my push up attempt with the intent of doing this by tonight. So, yeah, props to Suz! " title="Applause" />

Great stuff suz! I thought it was super cool and awesome when I saw it. I even like the shadows, the yellow text, all that stuff!

Not, let the battle begin boys!

Let's get it on! (aren't those the words that start a UFC battle?)

Glad you guys like the UPC poster. I had to run with that pic you posted of yourself, Bigbwii, it was just too good.

I'm sore from my 50 pushups yesterday, but I'm gonna beat my record for sure soon.

OK, just when I thought it was safe to start slacking off...you guys come up with a contest that totally hooks me!

My most PU nonstop is 66 (set September 2006, at the end of the VBB summer shape up challenge).

I just got back from lifting but dropped and did 40 a few minutes ago.

I'll try a fresh set tomorrow and see how things go!

Looking forward to cracking into the triple-digit club with BBW and Trev! It's gonna take me a few months to get there...but it's a fun goal!

Ravi
