Yeah one day I was doing roll outs in the house and my 3 year old just jumped on my back and was killing herself laughing, having a grand ole time!! Go to beastskills.com Another way is to stand abot 5ft from a wall and let that stop you before you reach the point where you crumble, then go firther away from the wall each work out!
