Raw Food Eating Plan help

Hi,

 

I am trying to build muscle mass on a Raw Food Vegan diet and was writing to get help to develop an eating plan that would help me make physical gains. I eat about 5-6 times a day and my usual groceries include the following:

 

Lettuce

Collard Greens

Celery

Radish

Mustard Greens

Sunflower Seeds

Walnuts

Dry Figs

Tomato

Kale

Apple

Banana

Orange

Avacado

Sesame Tahini

Olive Oil

Flax Seed

Coconut Oil

Seed and Bean Sprouts

Raisins

Cabbage

Apple Cider Vinegar

Kiwi

Zuccini

Carrot

Any meal or recipe suggestions or advice on modifying the amount of times I eat and when to eat what would be greatly appreciated.

The question is how long have you been raw for?

 

Plus I don't think anyone can give an acurate account of what you need to do based on the info you provided....as far as the food goes, if that's what you like then stick with it.
