veggiepark
I now starting a home dumbbell 5 day workout plan. I want to know what others do when they miss a workout , due to scheduling or tiredness. I wanting to only skip that day and finish the weeks workouts. How does that effect progress? SeaSiren
I don't ever miss one do to tiredness. Even a not so great workout is better then none. On the rare occasion I miss one due to scheduling. I re-schedule the workout which was missed. I currently have one rest day and 2 cardio days. The lifting session can be re-scheduled on one of those. Guest
I hate missing workouts...weather is the only thing that will really do it for me. When I know I'm gonna miss a bike ride I make the day before considerably more painful. However I'm a notorious over trainer and I would benefit from taking days off more often...and days off when I don't feel like I need them.
