Vegan Iodine supplement, what do you take?

I eat seaweed too but even eating a few processed foods a week should give you enough...even from organic vegan sources since they too normally use iodized salt.

Does one really have to worry about this nutrient? I have seen pictures of people with a deficiency of this nutrient in foreign countries... I recently changed from iodized salt to celtic sea salt, which doesn't have iodine in it. I don't think this is worth worrying about, with all the salt (probably iodized) in the processed foods I eat, but.....

I agree with Josh IF you are eating some processed foods, eating sea vegetables and/or using iodized salt when preparing food. However, if you are not doing any of those then it's worth investigating a source of iodine for your diet.
