High Protein, No Fat, Low Carb Food Choices for Vegans

I've actually been looking for similar things myself. I eat a lot more salads than I used to (have to be careful with the dressings) and I'm starting to do a lot more protein shakes (though it's tought to find one that tastes good that doesn't have a lot of sugar).

 

Also, I found the Yves Lettuce Wrap filling and had it last night. It was pretty good and nicely meets the criteria.

I don't think lowering fat or increasing protein is the answer. Its using the food you give your body and/or eating less in general. High protein isn't the healthy answer either(it will work if you eat over 50% of you calories from protein but that doesn't mean its good to do that). Just keep in mind that you've gotta eat lots of greans and throw some beans in the mix and you'll be fine.

Increasing protein isn't your only option for calories in order to keep fat low...you can always eat more fruits and veggies...plus the fiber would be very filling.
