crashnburn
Anyone Logging Exercise times/ stats using Excel or Software Has anyone here been logging their times / dates / stats of doing each of the exercises at different levels? What kind of a log are you maintaining? What are the things you are logging? How are you loggin it? > Excel, Paper Chart, Fitness Application? I am thinking of creating a spreadsheet in Excel to do that and observe progress over time. It would be great to be able to share such logging / excel files. Since I am starting exercise after a long time I think I might have CROSS-LEVEL competency.. some exercises on one level might be easier than others.. .. I am guessing this would be true for new comers at lower levels. Thoughts?
markc7
I use the training log at coolrunning.com. It's got some customizability, automatically makes charts of your data, and you can download the log into an excel file for any other manipulations. But it is geared mostly towards endurance type sports, so it wouldn't be great for bodybuilding.
