Ab Wheel Rollout - Questions

I just bought this from Sports Authority Store.


Do I need to be a certain level of core back / abs fitness to try to start doing this without the risk of damaging myself?


What should I do before this to graduate to that point?


Things to watch for.. Do / Not do / Signs.. of 'exertion'

I think if you can't do more than 10 comfortably and 15 without terrible technique I suggest sticking to standard ab work until you can.

Get someone to watch you back. Then try doing the rollout on your knees first. And do not try to kiss the ground first. always control core and shoulders. You will perform better rollouts by doing rollouts mainly although a basic training is not bad at all.
