Perfect Push Up

Has anyone tried the Perfect Push Up? I'm kind of a junkie with infomercials. I got it as a set about 3 weeks ago and I've had a couple friends mention my arms recently....I love them they're great...Push Ups burn a little more but thats my favorite part of working out. It adds restraint to the work out so the results are faster...I'm so impressed by this I can't keep quiet any more...Please someone who has this...let me know what you think about this work out equip...

We messed with the perfect pushup when we were training in Lincoln City. The only thing I've heard was that it may be a little easier on the wrists because it's supposed to create a "more natural" range of motion. I haven't used it enough to really say. I don't do many bodyweight exercises anyway, but I really should, considering the fact that I can handle some heavy weights for certain bodyparts but struggle to do some of the equivalent bodyweight exercises.

I don't like a lot of those infomercials, and the perfect push up doesn't seem to be anything worthwhile.

Perfect Pushup:

 

Hands on the floor, tips of toes on the floor. Descend towards the floor and then push up.

 

And guess what... It's free!

I dunno what the "perfect push up" is. I have some bars that i put on the floor to hold onto, that way I can go further down, and my wrists are straight rather than bent, so it's sometimes more comfortable too.
