Zack
Truly raw nuts, you'd have to go to the grower I'm sure. "Raw" Nuts from health food stores are usually dried using high heat, so not really raw, but not roasted. Check a health food store around you. health freak
i LOVE RAW NUTS TOO. I THINK YOU SHOULD PLANT A NUT TREE I ALSO LOVE RAW ALMONDS! BUT I'VE RECENTLY HEARD THAT RAW ALMONDS ARE ABOUT TO BE BANNED IN THE STATES. I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT. IT'S REALLY BAD NEWS FOR THE AMERICAN VEGAN FRIENDS. oregonisaac
Sunfood Nutrition carries some truly raw nuts. I am sure there are other sources.
Guest
I really don't think theres a difference. "Raw" nuts that you find in a store aren't raw and if you can find real raw ones they aren't any different...same goes for roasted nuts. Nuts are fat and a bit of protein without all that much more to offer other than tasting really yummy.
