MontanaVegan Posted September 1, 2007 Share Posted September 1, 2007 (edited) *Edit* I'm getting bored of this treadmill walking.It's done a lot of good for me, but I need a break from it.I've been neglecting my lifting so I'm going to concentrate more on it for a while.** I only lost one inch in the waist during August.The next hole on the belt is really close though.People are starting to notice my change and that makes me feel good. This month's goal will be the same as last months - 75 hours.But I do want to add more lifting, I'm getting weaker and I don't like that.My food intake will still be very raw. Mostly fruit and green salads.
