Dr. Pink
Let's See SPINACH!!!!!( I second Zack. I Freakin Love Spinach like my man Popey. I just bought 6 whole bundles of Organic Spinach Today.) SOYMILK!!!( One of my many loves. I need to start makeing my own Soy-Fruit Juice) TOFU( I am the Tofu King. Can't live without it. Man I love it. I love makign it with Pasta mostly. Even when I switch to mostly raw I will only cook for my Dinner. And Tofu is among one of my Many Staples) Whole Wheat Pasta( Whether it's for Penne Pasta or Chow Mein. I love my Whole Wheat Pasta) Blue Berries( I try and Find it Organic but it's hard. I sometimes settle for other Berries. My budget is always different and I usually don't know where to find the best value and quantity of Organic foods since I am still kinda new) BANANNAS( I love them. MMMmmm. I just hate when they go bad.) Oranges( I have always loved Oranges. I use them whenever I get the chance.) Plums( Plums = Yums) Kosher/Sea Salt( Used for most of my cooking) Carrots( As much as I hate them I try to Incorporate them in my diet.) Strawberries( Words cannot describe) Let's just say I like a lot of fruit that I cannot afford mostly, I need more veggies and I need to learn to cook more healthy. But I am healthyier then most people who eat at Sizzler

sydneyvegan
For me it would probably include Spinach Avocados Flax Oats Tofu Green Tea Bananas (not always, but at the moment I'm eating a lot, even know I don't really like them that much... Living in a Banana town for 5 years when I was a kid, tends to get you sick of Bananas real quick) Oranges Sunflower Seeds
Odidnetne
- Spinach, top of the list for a reason, but it's actually tied with:- Hemp anything, seeds, nut butter or protein powder.- Bananas- Watermelon- Avocado A lot of things are going out of season, but other things I normally eat on a semi-regular basis. I try to eat as locally, organically and seasonally as possible so the variety is constant.
