Tamarind Chutney?

I ended up not making the chutney. Didn't have enough time. I had forgotten how damn labor intensive samosas are when your only help is someone who has never cooked before in there entire life and has a weird fear of sticky substances and therefore kneading and handling dough.

 

Next time I'll hopefully have some help.
