I just wanted to say hello to everyone in the forums. I am a 35 yr old police officer in Canada. I recently became a Vegan, actually yesterday-lol. My current fitness goals are to lose 10 lbs of bodyfat and gain 5 lbs of lean mass. I weigh 170lbs, 10% bodyfat at a height of 5'10. The training part of my goals are taken care of, but I really need help with the diet, ie diet for losing bodyfat and gaining lean mass.

Am I the only one who thinks it's awesome that we have a new cop, and a new poster called pukesoncops, both of whom started intro threads called "hello" within a day of each other?
