How do you diet?

If you feel fine its not too much...unless of course those meals are big.


I eat a small breakfast before I train. Then after I have a smoothie. For the most part the next 3-10 hours(depending on how long I ride) is made up of no meals but throwing down bananas, apples and carrots every now and then. After work I'll have dinner(around 9pm most of the time). Then I'll have a smoothie an hour or two before bed.
