My Top 5 Excuses

Here are my top 5 reasons I attribute to not growing or getting stronger, or maybe just having a bad workout.

 

1) Not enough rest.

2) Not enough water.

3) Not enough food.

4) Not enough intensity.

5) Not enough change.

 

My runner-up:

Form...not good enough.

 

Anyone else care to add...?

My list is slightly different than yours, because of different goals, etc, but here it is.

 

My top 5 reasons/excuses for having a bad workout, or just not going

 

1:a minor injury

2: too much else going on in my life

3:not enough energy/fatigued

4:not enough rest

5:not eating frequently

Runners up

not getting to the gym at the exact time I plan on going

substitute instructor that I don't like

1) The holidays are right around the corner anyway. Shouldn't you just wait till after?

 

2) You worked hard. You deserve a break or else your going to get burnt out.

 

3) It's the weekend. I'll just start fresh on Monday.

 

4) I'll just eat (insert huge amount of bad carbs here) and workout extra hard tomorrow

 

5) I'll do it after breakfast.... I'll do it in the afternoon. I'll do it right tonight before bed.... I'll just do twice as much tomorrow
