You deserve a break or else your going to get burnt out. 3) It's the weekend. I'll just start fresh on Monday. 4) I'll just eat (insert huge amount of bad carbs here) and workout extra hard tomorrow 5) I'll do it after breakfast.... I'll do it in the afternoon.
