Zack
It's fun feeling isn't it? Not when it's so bad you can't walk.

sydneyvegan
It's pretty normal for me not to be able to walk properly after doing legs. I get DOMS for 2 or 3 days, and it's usually the second day that is the worst.I like the feeling a lot, I just avoid stairs etc.
Jason
I like DOMS, just not the killer DOMS, I've had those twice. First time was when I just started squatting.I tried Daywalker's 50 rep squat challenge.I only used my 45 pound bar, but I went to failure (52 reps) big mistake.I actually couldn't stand up from the floor, not a good feeling. Last week I had killer pec DOMS after I benched. I hadn't benched in a long time before that. They hurt so bad that I couldn't squat because I couldn't raise my hands to the bar. I'm in the middle of a 20 rep squat routine.Doing my inclined treadmill walking seems to help my leg DOMSI make sure to spend 30 minutes after squatting on the treadmill. Also the next morning do at least another 30 minutes.
