tuc! You look like a pro bodybuilder in the magazines in this photo!

This just became my favorite quote.

Thanks also to Neven, hilary and VeganDude! I forgot to answer to I'm Your Man: I've been a vegan for a bit over 2 years and before that a lacto-ovo vegetarian for several years.

OMG! The new board soft is working! I celebrate it with a new pic. Dark as it should be, since it's June and the sun is shining almost around the clock here in the north!

And thanks again guys for great comments! I wouldn't be what I am without the great spirit here.

Thanks again for the superb feedback, guys! Stay tuned for more to come.

AWESOME, dude! Your progress is profound!

(And are you left handed? I notice your left biceps is bigger than your right biceps)

That's right, I'm a leftie. My left arm is 1 cm thicker than the right one. I'm working on it to get them even but since I use the left one much more in bboying it tends to stay a bit stronger.

One of the things I like to do is switch back and forth between my dominant and non-dominant sides. When I snowboard, I force myself to ride goofy and it throws me out of whack. Same thing when leading with my non-dominant side in dance, or whatever else I do. Really trains your brain. It's a good way to improve bodily-kinesthetic intelligence.

Hey Tuc, great work! Very inspiring

Do you have any photos of yourself relaxed?

I never relax! (unless I'm sleeping)

However, here's a pic of me not flexing:

As you can see I look even skinnier than when pumped and flexing. I'll also include the back attack contest photos here in case someone missed them. I almost got 1 vote. :

But I won the cleanest room competition easily. ^_^

I see that powerbelly.

You're just jealous because you don't have one.

People should see me deadlifting heavy s**t without shirt. Then my powerbelly looks really big and when you have my powerface in the same pic, I look almost as sexy as Ron Jeremy.

L&G, we're SO doing it! Even if it annoys some people.

Thanks Richard for the awesome edit! The green color is fantastic! It's so much better than what I managed to get myself for the avatar. If anyone wants to see the avatar pic at a large scale here it is: http://i282.photobucket.com/albums/kk250/tuc_finland/DSC04420-hulkki.jpg

Use your Photoshop skillz and make a legion of green vegan bb'ers!

I was busy this morning and I took a shirt from my closet. The shirt was too tight and a bit uncomfortable. Damn, I need new clothes.

I haven't even started working out today yet -> No pump whatsoever.
