I walked around the dam and down the road to where I parked was about as long a walk, only the ground was paved. Todays workout:Moving furniture.Shop Vac carpets on knees.Hand scrub stains on knees.Shampoo carpet over and over.Bought new throw rugs.Ate sparingly, mostly water, orange, banana, applesauce, Amy's lental soup, 2 slice dark rye, 2.5 oz. chashews. (couldn't get to kitchen lol)Felt good to actually accomplish something of value on my day off.Off to the gym for a soak, steam, sauna, shave, and shower.Thanks for reading.Hope you night is bright, and your day brighter.
