8-11-09

Rode bike to community pool.

1 hour treading water never touched the side, water was 10' deep.

Used hands only, then feet only, mostly both.

Rode home.

DINNER

Onion, garlic, califlower, potatoes, chick peas, sweet yellow pepper.

Salt, thyme, basil, curry powder, cayenne powder.

Hiking and jogging on some local trails in and around Steven Creek Reservoir. Total over 6 miles, in 2:26 hours. From car and back to car.

Got home took all clothes, and backpack, put in washing machine, extra soap.

Took COLD shower soaped twice with Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Pure-Castile Soap Liquid. then with warm water, because I like most people am allergic to poison Oak.

Well, did the same hike as yesterday except when I got down to the reservoir. I was alittle slower today. I walked around the dam and down the road to where I parked was about as long a walk, only the ground was paved.

Yesterday:

Had gotten a bit of a stiff neck (pinched nerve in neck) Last week on my vacation after I fell asleep on the chouch in the wrong position. Not bad have pretty much full range of motion, just like last night doing the Upward Facing Dog, I knew wherer it was. anyway was laying off some (I'm good at excuses lol) Went to the gym stayed away from weights though.

Was going to work out more, but when I went to walk up the stairs I felt that equalibrium sensation that I woke up with and delt with at work. Never remembering feeling like this before. Kind of a slight dizzing experience. Slight disorientation, still have it, will see how I feel tomorrow. Having that sensation while I'm typing now. Someone asked if I had low blood pressure? I know I don't suffer from high blood pressure. Anyone experience this before?

Todays workout:

Moving furniture.

Shop Vac carpets on knees.

Hand scrub stains on knees.

Shampoo carpet over and over.

Bought new throw rugs.

Ate sparingly, mostly water, orange, banana, applesauce, Amy's lental soup, 2 slice dark rye, 2.5 oz. chashews. (couldn't get to kitchen lol)

Felt good to actually accomplish something of value on my day off.

Off to the gym for a soak, steam, sauna, shave, and shower.

I know a few people who have experienced those symptoms and it has turned out to be blood pressure related.

Looks like you've been going pretty hard for awhile, maybe give yourself a rest day or two and see if any improvement happens?

Haven't had any more trouble with it. One night I was laying there and thought I heard the soud of bubbles girling in my ear, wasn't sure if it was the TV or what. So my thought was something to do with my inner ear. ???
