Vegan-Chris
I've been working on cutting my body fat and i have seen gradual results, but i would like to know if there is anything i could do to increase fat reduction, the last time i check i was at 10% i do alot of running, a little more than i do lifting, should i keep doing what im doing or should i focus a little more on my lifting? beforewisdom
Vegan-chris. 10% body fat is pretty damn good and your picture looks great. Unless you have a professional goal of competing with Clarence Bass I don't think you need to lose or can benefit from losing body fat.

Guest
The key for me was eating just enough to sustain me before training and mix that with training hard and not eating for at least 90 minutes to 120 minutes after a workout. Your body wants to be replenished the most at this time...if you don't give it what it wants it'll eat itself. Once that time is passed eat a normal meal...its hard to not gorge yourself which is the hardest part of doing this.
LongTimeVegan
Others have made good suggestions. Doing cardio first thing in the morning, before eating anything works really well for me. Your body basically goes straight to burning fat when you do it like this. This article explains some of the science behind this, as well as offering some other good suggestions: http://www.t-nation.com/readArticle.do?id=927737 HTH,Chris
